水泵冷卻系統(tǒng)說明
A water pump is an important part of the engine cooling system.水泵是發(fā)動機冷卻系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。

It provides circulation of the engine coolant (antifreeze) through the cooling system (see the top picture).它提供了發(fā)動機冷卻水通過冷卻系統(tǒng)（防凍液）循環(huán)（見圖片上方）。
A water pump pushes the coolant through the passages (water jackets) in the engine cylinder block and cylinder head and then out into the radiator.

一臺水泵推通過在發(fā)動機缸體，缸蓋的通道（水套），冷卻液，然后將散熱器了。 This helps to keep the engine from overheating; the hot coolant passes through the radiator where it cools down and then returns back to the engine.

這有助于防止過熱的引擎，冷卻液通過熱散熱器在那里冷卻下來，然后返回到發(fā)動機的通行證。

A water pump is usually driven by the engine through the drive belt.

A water pump consists of the housing with the shaft rotating on the bearing pressed inside.一臺水泵組成的上壓與軸軸承旋轉房屋內(nèi)。
At the outer side there is a pulley mounted on the shaft.在外側有一個滑輪安裝在軸上。

At the inner side there is a seal to keep the coolant from leaking out and the impeller that acts like a centrifugal pump (see the lower picture).在內(nèi)側有一個密封，防止泄漏出來，像一個葉輪離心泵行為（參見下圖）的冷卻液。

Typical water pump problems include coolant leaks, noisy or defective bearing, damaged or corroded impeller.典型的問題包括冷卻水泵漏水，噪音或有缺陷的軸承，葉輪損壞或銹蝕。
Faulty water pump might cause the engine to overheat, which can result in serious engine damage.水泵故障可能導致引擎過熱，從而導致發(fā)動機嚴重損壞。 If defective, a water pump is replaced as a unit.如果出現(xiàn)問題，一臺水泵被替換為一個單元。

Is it worth to replace a water pump when a timing belt is being replaced?是否值得更換鈦龍牌水泵同步帶時，被更換？
