鈦龍脫硫泵的結(jié)構(gòu)原理與運(yùn)行過程
使用過鈦龍脫硫泵的朋友都知道，脫硫泵的泵頭部分(包括前后泵殼、蝸殼、前后護(hù)板、葉輪等)結(jié) 構(gòu)不同外，其余部分結(jié)構(gòu)相似，采用同一系列的傳動(dòng)部分，下面按泵頭部分，軸封部分及傳動(dòng)部分，下面我們分別敘述其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。
1、泵頭部分：LGMZ型系列泵為雙泵殼結(jié)構(gòu)，即前泵殼、后泵殼和帶有可更換的過流部分(包括葉輪、蝸殼、前護(hù)板、后護(hù)板)。前后泵殼根據(jù)工作壓力，采用灰鑄鐵或球墨鑄鐵制造，垂直中開，用螺栓連接，后泵殼有止口與托架用螺栓連接，泵的吐出口可按八個(gè)角度旋轉(zhuǎn)安裝，葉輪前后蓋板帶有 背葉片以減少泄漏，提高泵的壽命及效率。各型泵進(jìn)口均為水平方向，從傳動(dòng)方向看泵為順時(shí)旋轉(zhuǎn)。
2、脫硫泵軸封部分：軸封有三種形式， 副葉輪軸封及填料軸封，機(jī)械密封。
(1)副葉輪軸封：在泵進(jìn)口正壓力值不大于泵出口壓力值的10%時(shí)的單級(jí)泵或多級(jí)串聯(lián)第三級(jí)泵， 可以采用副葉輪軸封，副葉輪軸封具有不稀釋礦漿，密封效果好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
(2)填料軸封：填料軸封結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，維修方便，需使用軸封水 ，對(duì)于不適于用副葉輪軸封的工況及泵吸上使用工況可采用填料軸封。
(3)機(jī)械密封：對(duì)于不適于以上兩種軸封的工況下，采用機(jī)械密 封，減少軸封部分的維修次數(shù)。
3、傳動(dòng)部分：鈦龍脫硫泵均采用同一系列的傳動(dòng)，包括托架和軸承組件，脫硫泵的泵軸直徑大，剛性好，懸臂 短，在惡劣的工況下不會(huì)彎曲和振動(dòng)。軸承選用單列圓錐滾子軸承和角接觸球軸承組合使用，能夠承受泵的Z大軸向及徑向載荷，軸承采用鋰基潤滑脂潤滑，這種潤滑的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于：油膜強(qiáng)度高；油脂粘附性好，不易流失，使用時(shí)間較長；鈦龍脫硫泵的密封簡單，軸承體兩端裝有密封端蓋，能有效防止礦漿等污物進(jìn)入軸承。
Structure principle and operation process of titanium dragon desulfurization pump
All friends who have used the titanium dragon desulfurization pump know that the structure of the pump head of the desulfurization pump (including the front and rear pump shells, volutes, front and rear guard plates, impellers, etc.) is different, and the other parts are similar in structure. The same series of transmission parts are adopted. The following is according to the pump head part, shaft seal part and transmission part. We will describe their structural characteristics respectively.
1. Pump head part: lgmz series pump is of double pump shell structure, namely front pump shell, rear pump shell and replaceable overflow part (including impeller, volute, front guard plate and rear guard plate). According to the working pressure, the front and rear pump shells are made of gray cast iron or nodular cast iron. They are vertically split and connected by bolts. The rear pump shell has a stop and is connected with the bracket by bolts. The discharge outlet of the pump can be rotated at eight angles. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and improve the service life and efficiency of the pump. Each type of pump inlet is horizontal direction, from the drive direction, the pump is clockwise rotation.
2. Desulfurization pump shaft seal part: there are three forms of shaft seal, auxiliary impeller shaft seal and packing shaft seal, mechanical seal.
(1) Auxiliary impeller shaft seal: when the positive pressure value at the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value, the auxiliary impeller shaft seal can be used for single-stage pump or multi-stage series tertiary pump. The auxiliary impeller shaft seal has the advantages of no dilution of pulp and good sealing effect.
(2) Packing shaft seal: the packing shaft seal is simple in structure and convenient in maintenance, so it needs to use the shaft seal water. For the working conditions that are not suitable for the auxiliary impeller shaft seal and the pump suction, the packing shaft seal can be used.
(3) Mechanical seal: for the condition not suitable for the above two kinds of shaft seal, mechanical seal is adopted to reduce the maintenance times of shaft seal part.
3. Transmission part: titanium dragon desulfurization pump adopts the same series of transmission, including bracket and bearing components. The pump shaft of desulfurization pump has large diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever, and will not bend and vibrate under harsh conditions. Single row tapered roller bearing and angular contact ball bearing are used in combination, which can bear the large axial and radial load of pump. The bearing is lubricated with lithium base grease. The advantages of this lubrication are: high oil film strength; good adhesion of grease; long service life; simple sealing of titanium dragon desulfurization pump; sealing end covers at both ends of bearing body, which can effectively prevent slurry Wait for dirt to enter the bearing.
