如何拆卸或更換電磁隔膜計量加藥泵?
電磁隔膜計量泵需要按照一定的步驟進行拆卸和維修:
①拆除鈦龍電磁隔膜計量泵進出口管道上的法蘭和閥座壓緊螺栓后，可依次取出閥套、閥球限位件、閥球和閥座。
②拆下氣缸蓋緊固螺栓，然后取出氣缸蓋、隔膜和限位板。
③將柱塞移動到前死點，從十字頭上擰出柱塞，然后松開填料壓緊螺母，將柱塞向外移動。
④卸下電磁隔膜計量加藥泵膜片液壓缸與機架之間的連接螺栓，即可卸下液壓缸。一般不需要拆下這個氣缸。
⑤松開油環(huán)的壓蓋螺栓，取出填料、隔圈和柱塞套。
⑥松開刮油環(huán)的壓蓋螺栓，取下刮油環(huán)。
⑦排出變速器箱內(nèi)的潤滑油，取下箱體后端的有機玻璃板。
⑧拆卸電機，取出聯(lián)軸器，擰下軸承蓋壓緊螺母，從變速箱中取出軸承蓋、軸承、蝸桿和油泵。
⑨聯(lián)系儀表師，取下行程調(diào)節(jié)電機接線，打開調(diào)節(jié)箱蓋，取下調(diào)節(jié)箱壓緊螺母，轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)盤，從上套筒上取下調(diào)節(jié)螺釘和調(diào)節(jié)箱，然后從傳動箱上取下上套筒。
⑩拆下支架壓緊螺母，將支架從變速箱中取出，打開變速箱上蓋，將十字頭銷從箱體中取出。

① After removing the flange and seat hold down bolts on the inlet and outlet pipes of Titano electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump, the valve sleeve, ball stop, ball and seat can be taken out in turn.
② Remove the cylinder head fastening bolts, and then take out the cylinder head, diaphragm and limit plate.
③ Move the plunger to the front dead center, screw out the plunger from the crosshead, and then loosen the packing compression nut to move the plunger outward.
④ Remove the connecting bolts between the diaphragm hydraulic cylinder and the frame to remove the hydraulic cylinder. Generally, it is not necessary to remove the cylinder.
⑤ Loosen the gland bolt of oil ring and take out the packing, spacer and plunger sleeve.
⑥ Loosen the gland bolt of the oil scraper ring and remove the oil scraper ring.
⑦ Drain the lubricating oil from the transmission case and remove the plexiglass plate at the rear end of the case.
⑧ Remove the motor, take out the coupling, screw down the compression nut of the bearing cover, and take out the bearing cover, bearing, worm and oil pump from the gearbox.
⑨ Contact the instrument engineer, remove the wiring of the travel adjustment motor, open the cover of the adjustment box, remove the compression nut of the adjustment box, turn the adjustment turntable, remove the adjustment screw and the adjustment box from the upper sleeve, and then remove the upper sleeve from the transmission box.
⑩ Remove the compression nut of the bracket, take out the bracket from the gearbox, open the upper cover of the gearbox, and take out the crosshead pin from the gearbox.

When replacing the dosing pump, attention should be paid to: all labor protection articles should be dressed neatly, and the required tools should have good performance. This is the basis for ensuring safety. Replacement process: 1. According to the operation procedure of stopping the dosing pump, stop the watersunny dosing pump and cut off the power supply; 2. Disassemble the power line and grounding wire of the motor, wrap the wire head with insulating tape for standby, and check whether the sealing ring of the junction box is intact; 3. Remove the flange screw at the inlet and outlet of the dosing pump, the fixing screw of the dosing pump and the old dosing pump; 4. Install the new dosing pump, tighten the screw, and connect the flange screw at the inlet and outlet of the dosing pump 5. Connect the power line and ground wire, open the inlet valve and outlet valve; 6. Check the electrical equipment for leakage with electric pen, start the dosing pump for trial operation, check whether the dosing pump operates normally, observe whether the motor reverses and whether the Titan dosing pump is abnormal; 7. Clean the tools, clean the site and fill in the records.
