概述/Summarization
XMV單級(jí)旋片真空機(jī)組是選用一臺(tái)或一臺(tái)以上XMV型單級(jí)旋片式真空泵進(jìn)行合理組合，配上緩沖儲(chǔ)氣罐和配電箱，成為一套新型的真空抽氣設(shè)備，從而彌補(bǔ)了原來真空泵在使用上的不足。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)有：
加大抽氣量——由一臺(tái)真空泵和一個(gè)緩沖儲(chǔ)氣罐的組合就可以增加總的（瞬時(shí)）抽氣量。
節(jié)約電能源——由一個(gè)緩沖儲(chǔ)氣罐，配上真空表的控制就可以節(jié)約能源。（根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際情況）
提高使用壽命——真空泵使用可以降低真空泵的溫升，泵不會(huì)過熱；真空表控制真空可以減少真空泵運(yùn)行時(shí)間；緩沖儲(chǔ)氣罐加上進(jìn)氣過濾器可以減少異物和微顆粒狀固體進(jìn)入真空泵。
