LYDY加藥裝置中加藥泵電機發(fā)熱卡死轉不動的原因
LYDY加藥裝置在使用中，經常發(fā)現加藥泵電機發(fā)熱不工作。電機故障的主要原因如下：
1、馬達轉向不正確，導致泵內部零件卡住
2、泵的內部驅動部件卡住，導致電機過載
3、泵液壓端內部壓力過大，導致電機過載
4、環(huán)境溫度過低，加藥裝置的加藥泵內潤滑油粘度過高，導致電機過載

1、更換馬達接線并調整馬達轉向
2、檢查泵驅動箱的內部并更換有故障的零件
