1、拆下固定泵頭的4個(gè)螺釘。螺釘位于加藥泵的背面。
2、泵頭松動(dòng)后，在拆卸泵頭之前，將行程長(zhǎng)度調(diào)整到0%。它能保證電磁軸有足夠的壓力保持其連接的穩(wěn)定，從而使隔膜能夠被擰松。
3、從液壓插座上向外拉螺絲。握住液體端并逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)。只要稍有阻力，隔膜就可以擰松。
4、隔膜拆除后，檢查ZILMET加藥泵安全隔膜完好，無(wú)損壞。安裝一個(gè)新的膜片，順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)背板和膜片，直到它們擰緊為止。調(diào)整背板，使泄漏排放孔位于泵的底部Z。
5、隔膜安裝完畢，背板泄漏孔處于垂直位置后，安裝泵頭。確保吸入閥與泄漏孔對(duì)齊，液壓端的螺釘與相應(yīng)的四個(gè)孔對(duì)齊。

1. Remove the four screws that hold the pump head. The screw is located on the back of the dosing pump.
2. After the pump head is loose, adjust the stroke length to 0% before removing the pump head. It can ensure that the electromagnetic shaft has enough pressure to keep its connection stable, so that the diaphragm can be loosened.
3. Pull the screw outward from the hydraulic socket. Hold the liquid end and rotate counterclockwise. As long as there is a little resistance, the diaphragm can be loosened.
4. After the diaphragm is removed, check whether the safety diaphragm of ZILMET dosing pump is in good condition without damage. Install a new diaphragm and rotate the back plate and diaphragm clockwise until they are tight. Adjust the back plate so that the leakage drain hole is located at the bottom Z of the pump.
5. After the diaphragm is installed and the back plate leakage hole is in the vertical position, install the pump head. Make sure that the suction valve is aligned with the leak hole and that the screw on the hydraulic end is aligned with the corresponding four holes.
6. Rotate to 100% of stroke length. In this way, the whole set of parts can be rotated until the back plate leakage hole is aligned with the bottom Z end of the pump. During the operation of the pump, adjust the hydraulic end and diaphragm to the correct position.
7. After adjusting the hydraulic end and back plate of zilmet dosing pump, tighten four bolts diagonally until they are suitable. The work should be done evenly.
