加藥裝置分類
1、氨加藥系統(tǒng)
加氨系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)全自動控制,除手動配制外,還可自動控制氨溶液配制。當(dāng)溶液箱液位低于設(shè)定值時,溶液箱進水閥自動開啟,液位高時自動關(guān)閉。除手動控制外,加氨量也可自動控制。通過PLC程控系統(tǒng)進行PID計算后,由變頻器控制VAREM氨計量泵的加氨量達到設(shè)定值,達到自動加藥的目的。
2、鍋爐水磷鹽分配系統(tǒng)
配制磷酸鹽溶液時,將磷酸三鈉直接加入溶液罐加藥處,啟動攪拌機溶解。沃特桑尼LYJY-LSY磷酸鹽加藥裝置除手動控制外,磷酸鹽用量的控制也可全自動。通過PLC程序控制系統(tǒng)進行PID計算,變頻器控制VAREM

磷酸鹽加藥裝置的工藝原理是鍋爐給水中鈣鎂的硬度在高溫環(huán)境下會發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),或濃縮結(jié)晶形成不溶性水垢,牢固附著在鍋爐受熱面上。這種水垢是熱的不良導(dǎo)體,會阻礙熱傳導(dǎo)。嚴重時,可能發(fā)生鍋爐爆管事故。此外,還會誘發(fā)和加劇垢下金屬的化學(xué)腐蝕,造成嚴重危害。雖然鍋爐凝結(jié)水和給水經(jīng)過了嚴格的軟化脫鹽處理,但仍有少量鈣鎂硬度進入鍋爐水中。如果這部分硬度不處理,結(jié)垢也會對鍋爐的安全運行構(gòu)成威脅。目前,在鍋爐水中加入磷酸鹽是比較合適的處理方法。反應(yīng)如下:10ca2++6po4+2OH--CA10(OH)2(PO4)6(堿式磷酸鈣)堿式磷酸鈣是一種軟水渣,隨鍋爐排污容易排出,不會粘附在鍋爐上形成水垢。
