自吸式不銹鋼泵目前的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)
從目前不銹鋼泵的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)來看，專用泵的比重將比通用泵更高。早在20世紀(jì)初，Mg公司就首次研制出了潛水排污泵，用于替代深井泵。隨后，oz國(guó)家也相繼發(fā)展起來，并不斷完善和逐步完善。如DG煤礦使用的潛污泵2500多臺(tái)，容量1600kw，揚(yáng)程410m，我國(guó)的潛污泵是上世紀(jì)60年代開發(fā)的，其中地面潛污泵已用于南方農(nóng)田灌溉，而中小型潛水泵已形成系列并批量投產(chǎn)。大容量、高電壓的潛水泵、潛水電機(jī)也層出不窮。500～1200kw大型潛水泵已在礦山投入使用。
通常，用于泵送液體、輸送液體和增加液體壓力的機(jī)器統(tǒng)稱為泵。從能量的角度看，自吸式不銹鋼泵是一種能量轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)，它將原來設(shè)想的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)化為輸送液體的能量，增加液體的流量和壓力。泵一般用于從低洼處泵送液體，沿管道輸送到高處。例如，我們每天看到的是從河流和池塘抽水灌溉農(nóng)田，或從地下深井抽水到水塔。由于泵后液體的壓力可以提高，所以也可以利用泵的作用將液體從壓力較低的容器中泵出，克服沿程向壓力較高的容器或其他需要的地方輸送液體的阻力。例如，VAREM鍋爐給水泵從低壓水箱取水，向高壓鍋爐汽包供水。這臺(tái)泵有多種功能。WaterSunny巨型泵的流量可達(dá)幾十萬(wàn)in/h，微型泵的流量小于幾十ml/h，壓力比常壓高達(dá)1000mpa。它輸送的液體溫度低至200℃，高達(dá)800℃。泵輸送的液體種類繁多，可輸送水（純化水、污水等）、油、酸堿、乳狀液、懸浮液、液態(tài)金屬等，鈦龍自吸不銹鋼泵因其排污能力強(qiáng)、效率高、能耗高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在生產(chǎn)工程中得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用省油、自吸性能好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。自吸式不銹鋼泵不僅適用于城市環(huán)保、建筑、消防、化工、制藥、染料印染、釀酒、電力、電鍍、造紙、石油、礦山、設(shè)備冷卻、油輪卸車等行業(yè)，也適用于清水、海水、酸堿性介質(zhì)，粘度小于或等于100厘、含固量小于30%的化學(xué)介質(zhì)液體和一般膏體漿料。
目前，國(guó)內(nèi)自吸式不銹鋼泵主要由國(guó)內(nèi)廠家生產(chǎn)制造，少部分從國(guó)外進(jìn)口。自吸離心泵由于其安裝簡(jiǎn)單、占地面積小、維護(hù)方便、無(wú)噪聲等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于市政工程、工廠、商業(yè)、賓館、住宅等污水排放。自吸離心泵的市場(chǎng)前景十分廣闊。但污水泵的可靠性還需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)，因此提高自吸式不銹鋼泵的技術(shù)含量是今后廠家的主要發(fā)展方向。針對(duì)自吸不銹鋼離心泵存在的問題，國(guó)內(nèi)部分廠家重點(diǎn)開發(fā)泵保護(hù)系統(tǒng)，當(dāng)不銹鋼泵運(yùn)行異常時(shí)，自動(dòng)切斷電源。這種方法雖然能起到一定的效果，而且這種保護(hù)也是必要的，但并不是解決問題的根本途徑。因此，我們必須著力提高泵的性能，從根本上解決問題。今后需要解決的問題是提高自吸不銹鋼離心泵的可靠性，適應(yīng)多種工作環(huán)境，優(yōu)化其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步提高自吸離心泵的容量。

There are many kinds of liquid transported by the pump, such as water (purified water, sewage, etc.), oil, acid and alkali, emulsion, suspension, liquid metal, etc. Self priming stainless steel pump is not only suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire control, chemical industry, pharmacy, dye printing and dyeing, wine making, electric power, electroplating, paper making, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, tanker unloading and other industries, but also suitable for clean water, sea water, acid-base medium, chemical medium liquid with viscosity less than or equal to 100% and solid content less than 30% and general paste slurry.
At present, domestic self-priming stainless steel pumps are mainly manufactured by domestic manufacturers, and a small part of them are imported from abroad. Self priming centrifugal pump is widely used in municipal engineering, factory, business, hotel, residential sewage discharge due to its advantages of simple installation, small floor area, convenient maintenance and no noise. The market prospect of self-priming centrifugal pump is very broad. However, the reliability of sewage pump needs to be further strengthened, so improving the technical content of self-priming stainless steel pump is the main development direction of manufacturers in the future. In view of the problems of self-priming stainless steel centrifugal pump, some domestic manufacturers focus on the development of pump protection system. When the stainless steel pump runs abnormally, the power supply will be cut off automatically. Although this method can play a certain effect, and this kind of protection is also necessary, it is not the fundamental way to solve the problem. Therefore, we must focus on improving the performance of the pump and fundamentally solve the problem. The problem to be solved in the future is to improve the reliability of self-priming stainless steel centrifugal pump, adapt to a variety of working environments, optimize its structural design, and further improve the capacity of self-priming centrifugal pump.
